Summer patio and basket plants are so versatile, they provide colour from late spring right through to the first frosts.

These garden favourites are a big part of our nursery and we are proud to boast that each year we grow over 2 million quality patio and basket plants, across hundreds of varieties – especially for you.

Favourites this year have been Petunias for their vibrant colours and outstanding flowering time, trailing Verbena for the size of the flower head and Nasturtium for their beauty and attraction for wildlife.  Of course there are Fuchsias, Geraniums and many, many more that offer the spring and summer garden an abundance of floral colour.

Our range includes pack bedding ideal for bigger scale projects in the garden when you’ll be needing a quantity of the same plant, or hand select from our larger, individual plants to create your own design hanging basket or container.

Autumn sees a new opportunity to create a welcoming and very individual display that will see you through the dullest of winters.  Each year from late summer, you’ll see our new ranges of Otter Grown autumn bedding arriving daily from the growing team. The autumn favourites have to be the fragrant mini Cyclamen, face-like Pansies and pretty Violas which look superb planted up with trailing Ivy.
