RESTAURANT - PERMANENT FULL TIME VACANCY

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team and front up probably the most successful Garden Centre Restaurant in the South West. We have a well established customer base in our 450 seater restaurant and excellent local reputation. We offer locally sourced, home produced quality food, cooked to order and served fresh every day.

The successful applicant will be:
- Head Chef , and have overall responsibility of all areas of the catering departments.
- Demonstrate passion and commitment to our business, and moving it forward
- Have well developed people and time management .
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver quality food in a high volume environment.
- Develop and maintaining our outstanding menu in both main meals and lite bite offers including patisserie.
- Managing the organisation and ongoing development of our Retail Food Production.
- Delivering the operational activities to achieve the service level our customers demand.
