and over 50 varieties of herb plants, making us the garden centre to visit for seasonal
vegetables and herbs.

If you are thinking of growing your own vegetables this season but wish to bypass the seed sowing stage, then buying quality young vegetable plants is essential. Our growers are proud to personally select the varieties, chosen for their flavour, crop yield and quality. We grow them in packs or individual pots, allowing you the opportunity to buy the number of plants you want for your plot, pot or growbag.

We grow over 35 varieties in packs of 10 plants, including purple sprouting, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, pak choi, beet leaf chard, onions, runner beans, sweetcorn, peas, beetroot, lettuce and salad onions.

Our individual larger potted veg plants include over 8 favourite varieties of tomato, over 8 varieties of peppers and chillies, plus squash, pumpkins, courgettes, aubergines and cucumbers.

We have one of the largest selections of herbs in the South West, selected for their flavour, aroma and colour. During the spring and summer we have a great selection of over 50 varieties of herb, including several varieties of mint, over 10 varieties of lavender and over 5 varieties of thyme, mixed with oregano, fennel, garlic chives, marjoram, coriander, sage, tarragon and many, many more - the selection is always changing. All perfect for planting in a herb planter and keeping in a sunny spot where it is easy to harvest for cooking.

Potatoes

We stock one of the biggest ranges of seed potatoes in the South West, with over 40 varieties including earlies and main crop potatoes covering the favourite varieties and also some more unusual ones. Choose ready bagged seed potatoes, or try our new pick and mix varieties where you can buy potatoes individually!
